Rebel Kettle Winter Beer Dinner

We are excited to host our first ever Beer Dinner at Rebel Kettle! (We’re gonna see how this goes before we plan another one.)  Sunday, December 16 6pm-9pm

When our brew-side and kitchen-side team up, the result is an impressive menu you won't want to miss. We’re proud to present a progressive, five course menu rooted in Cajun tradition- with a few twists, paired with our favorite beers.

First:
Pork Terrine
(Sugar Cane Glaze, Apple Slaw)
Hattori Hanzo
(Sake Beer, 8% ABV)
Second:
Season’s Salad
(Greens, Fried Chicken Livers, Pickled Pears, Red Onion, Steen’s Dressing)
Working Glass Hero
(Blonde Ale, 4.5% ABV)
Third:
Award-Winning Gumbo
(Served every Thursday, Chicken, Housemade-Andouille, Gulf Shrimp)
Easy Roller
(American IPA, 6.3% ABV)
Fourth:
Duck & Dirty
(Duck Breast, Dirty Rice, Smoky Greens, Sweet Potato)
Dirtbag
(Double-Brown Ale, 7.5% ABV)
Fifth:
Bread Pudding
(Sweet Potato Bread, House-Spice, Bourbon Sauce)
Red Rum Pum
(Rum Barrel-Aged Imperial Amber Ale)

 


With only one seating limited to 50, we’d suggest you don’t sleep on getting your tickets. A single ticket is $60, or $100 for a pair (+ tax). Please don’t be “that person”- remember cash to tip your server.
